  • Damaged or Defective Products: Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Perishable Goods: Items such as fresh or frozen food are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Timeframe: All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Return Process

  • Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exclusions

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Sale items or promotional products are non-refundable unless defective.
