- Damaged or Defective Products: Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Perishable Goods: Items such as fresh or frozen food are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Timeframe: All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at oshan@mayburyfinefoods.com or call our customer service with your Order ID, proof of purchase, and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
3. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exclusions
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Sale items or promotional products are non-refundable unless defective.
